My name is Andy, and I will be your home inspection expert. As a native Texan, family and community are very important to me. I started Premier Home Inspections to support my family and establish a legacy that my children can carry on. Being a business owner allows me to know my community while being active in the life of my family. I am lucky enough to have the flexibility to participate in band, baseball, and even take my youngest on picnics, while helping you protect your family.
The competitive real estate market can leave very little time for you to find your dream home. I understand the sense of urgency, and work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I will climb on your roof, crawl beneath your home, examine your electrical panel, and investigate the manufacturing equipment within your home. My job is to reveal the condition of the home to you. Houses do not pass or fail general home inspections. The condition of the home is acceptable to you, or it is not. I will be your extra set of eyes that is so important in today's market.
Be Confident in your Inspection. Be Confident in your Inspector. Certified Master Inspector. Trec Professional License # 20613. TDA CA# 0782969. I am continually educating myself, so I can educate you.
This is the most popular inspection. Great for helping you get to know the house you are looking to buy. A top to bottom inspection focusing on the roof, foundation, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and appliances.
This is the most popular add on service, and can be purchased on it's own if needed. I inspect the home looking for evidence of current or previous infestation of termites, ants, or other insects, and alert you to all conducive conditions.
Found the perfect home with a pool and sprinkler system? I help determine the age and condition of these systems so that you can focus on fun! As a Home Inspector, I have completed the additional certification need to complete pool inspections along with Home Inspections.
Things Change after living in a home. Every day wear and tear takes its toll on a home, and sometimes defaults are exposed. Most new homes come with a 12 month builder's warranty. To ensure that you are not missing out on an opportunity, be sure to obtain an inspection 10-11 months after purchasing.
Placing your home on the market is a stressful process. Streamline that process by obtaining a pre-listing inspection so that you will be alerted to any potential issues before entering into contract, saving yourself time and money. As a bonus, all seller's will receive a 15% discount on a pre-purchase inspection for their next home.
Even new homes need to be inspected. Your new home will be inspected at the Framing and a full general Home Inspection at the time of completion.
